Returns or Refunds: All work and services performed by my99web.com is guaranteed
between the ranges of fair & equitable onto unreasonable demands. As we strive to
provide our customers with the best service available within what we offer at the
prices stipulated for each parts. In the event that we cannot come to a fair and
equitable solution to satisfy both parties, my99web.com will provide a refund up to
$89 on the basic $99 package. The $10 subtraction comes from the cost of the
domain name registration fee which all access and information will be turned over
to the customer at which time we have concluded our settlement agreement. Such
action must be put into motion within 14 days after completion of site is maintained.
No refund will be request will be accepted after such period, unless so agreed upon
by both parties involved (ie: my99web.com and customer).
On credit card payments: commission payouts or credits will require a 45 day sit and
stay period due to the frequency of dispute related incidences during this period. After
45 days your credit or payment will be issued promptly to your designated account. In
the event there is a refund processed, it will be the responsibility of the credit or reseller
to return commissions paid out to them either by return payment or future commissions
withheld. Checks or echeck payments require a sit and stay period of approximately 2
weeks before processing is complete (cash payment of course immediate). Please
contact accounting@my99web.com for question regarding hold periods of larger project
referrals and other such special cases. These payment policies were created after due
deliberation and consultations with paypal, inc. as they will be handling all of our online
finances. These policies were created for the protection of our resellers, customers,
and company, and to ensure the continuance of my99web.com so that we may continue
to serve you for many years to come. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
